What Is a Campaign?
A Campaign in GoGlobal is a container for your Reddit marketing effort. It holds your target subreddits, content mix, tone settings, and posting schedule. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously — for example, one for brand awareness in r/startups and another for product feedback in r/SaaS.
Creating a New Campaign
Click 'Campaign' in the left sidebar, then click the 'New Campaign' button in the top-right corner.
Creating a New Campaign
Complete the setup step by step
Click 'Campaign' in the left navigation.
Click 'New Campaign' (top-right).
Enter your campaign name and product name.
Choose your campaign goal: Brand Awareness, Traffic, Lead Gen, Community Building, or User Research.
- 1Click 'Campaign' in the left navigation.
- 2Click 'New Campaign' (top-right).
- 3Enter your campaign name and product name.
- 4Choose your campaign goal: Brand Awareness, Traffic, Lead Gen, Community Building, or User Research.
- 5Add target subreddits by typing subreddit names (without the r/ prefix). GoGlobal will show community size and activity scores.
- 6Set your content mix — the ratio of value-first posts to promotional posts.
- 7Choose your posting tone: Helpful, Casual, or Professional.
- 8Click 'Create Campaign' to save.
Start with 3–5 subreddits. Adding too many at once makes it hard to track performance per community.
Agency Mode vs. Single User Mode
When setting up your campaign, it's important to understand the two primary operational modes in GoGlobal: Agency Mode and Single User Mode. Choosing the right mode ensures your workflow aligns with your team size and posting volume.

Agency Mode: Designed for teams with high-volume content production and output needs. It's ideal for training employees, as our AI writer feature can effectively replace standard Reddit ghostwriters, streamlining mass content creation and management.
Single User Mode: Best suited for individuals or small teams (under 5 people) who manage and write their own content. It provides a focused, straightforward interface for personal or small-scale campaign execution.

Understanding the Content Mix
Reddit communities are sensitive to self-promotion. The content mix slider lets you control what percentage of your posts are purely educational or entertaining versus product-focused. A 70/30 split (70% value, 30% promotional) is a safe starting point for most niches.
Activating Your Campaign
After creation, your campaign starts in 'Draft' status. Review the AI-generated post plan, make any edits, then click 'Activate' to begin scheduling. GoGlobal will queue posts according to the best-time windows detected for each subreddit.
