Add and Organize Your Questions
Use Prompt Bank to write questions, group them by topic, and check scan status.
Work through the sections below to complete setup and checks, then use the top search to jump into related help docs when needed.
Find the question list
A prompt is simply a question for an AI assistant. In the newer menu, open Diagnose → Intents & Prompts. In the older menu, open Prompts → Manage Prompts. The page is often called Prompt Bank.
- 1Select the correct project at the top.
- 2Search for a word in a question or topic; use Topic and Location to narrow the list.
- 3Read the project and prompt usage counters before adding more questions.
Fill in Add Prompt
Click Add Prompt. The large box is the question. Topic is a label for organizing it. Location is the target region. Language is the language used for the check, not the language of your Help Center.

- 1Question: “Which lightweight schoolbag is good for a first-grader?” Avoid only writing “schoolbag”.
- 2Topic: “Buying advice”. Location: your target market, or Worldwide. Language: for example en for English or zh for Chinese.
- 3Click Save Prompt. Watch the new row's status. Generate with AI is an alternative that creates questions from the project's context.
Keep one clear question per prompt. Include both unbranded buyer questions and useful brand comparisons; they answer different business questions.
Edit, inspect, or export
Click a question's text to open its details. Use its edit action to correct the wording or metadata. Export downloads the current list for review; exporting does not ask an AI model a new question.
- 1Keep the original wording when comparing results over time. A rewritten question is a different test.
- 2Check Running, Success, or Failed next to each question before interpreting its numbers.
- 3For a fresh answer, use Rescan only after checking its availability and credit cost. Rescan All affects many prompts.
Some scan buttons start immediately. Read the cost and selected model before clicking; do not assume there will always be a second confirmation.
