Account Warmer: Build Reddit Karma Before You Promote
Learn how to use the Account Warmer to safely grow a new Reddit account's karma so your posts are not filtered by subreddit auto-moderators.
Work through the sections below to complete setup and checks, then use the top search to jump into related help docs when needed.
Why Warming Matters
Most active subreddits use auto-moderators that silently remove posts from accounts with low karma or short account age. A new account posting promotional content is almost always caught and removed before any human sees it. The Account Warmer solves this by generating a structured warm-up plan that builds genuine karma through value-first comments and non-promotional posts over 7–30 days.
Generating a Warm-Up Plan
Open the Roadmap module and click the 'Account Warmer' button in the top-left corner. GoGlobal will analyze your target subreddits and generate a personalized plan.

Complete the setup step by step
Navigate to Roadmap in the left sidebar.
Click the orange 'Account Warmer' button in the top-left.
Review the generated plan — it shows recommended subreddits, the type of content to post each day, and expected karma gain per action.
Click 'Generate with Agent' at the bottom of the checklist to have the AI draft today's comments and posts automatically.

Do not skip the warm-up phase even if your account already has some karma. The plan also checks for account age restrictions, which cannot be bypassed by karma alone.
Understanding the Three Phases
The Account Warmer plan is divided into three phases, each with a progress indicator and a clear objective.

Days 1–7 (Account warm-up, 0–20%): Focus on commenting in high-traffic, low-moderation subreddits. Avoid any links or product mentions. Goal: reach 50+ comment karma.
Days 8–21 (Community building, 20–60%): Begin posting value-first content — tutorials, questions, and discussion threads — in your target subreddits. Goal: establish a posting history and reach 200+ karma.
Days 22–30 (Promotion ready, 60–80%+): Introduce soft product mentions and link posts in subreddits that allow them. The plan will flag which subreddits are now safe to promote in.

Weekly Engagement Heatmap
The Roadmap Map view also shows a 'Weekly engagement heatmap' — a grid of days (Sun–Sat) versus time slots (12AM–3PM+). Each cell is color-coded from light (low activity) to dark orange (high activity). This heatmap is computed from the 25 most recent and top-performing posts in your tracked subreddits, displayed in UTC.

The heatmap data is based on UTC time. If your audience is primarily in North America, remember to offset by 4–8 hours depending on the timezone.
Subreddit Cards: Confidence and Best Time
Each subreddit in your Roadmap list shows a card with the community name, member count, number of posts analyzed, a risk level badge (Low / Medium / High), and the single best posting time (e.g., 'Wed 8AM'). The confidence indicator reflects how consistent the engagement patterns are — low confidence means the data is sparse and the recommended time may vary.
