Create a Batch of Articles, Step by Step
Prepare product facts, choose a destination, review drafts, and export safely.

Choose where the articles will be used
Open Bulk Listicles, also called Bulk Content in parts of the newer workspace. A listicle is an article arranged as a list, such as “Five ways to choose a schoolbag”. A batch makes several drafts together; it does not mean they are already published.
- 1Reddit: drafts intended for a community post. Read the community's rules before using them.
- 2In-house: articles for your own website, where you can explain your product directly.
- 3Guest Post: drafts for another site's editorial review. The site still decides whether to publish.
Fill in product information
Enter the product name, a public product or video URL, and a clear description. Optional PDF materials can supply missing details. Review any automatically filled description before continuing.
- 1Explain who the product is for and what it does.
- 2Use facts you can verify. Do not invent prices, awards, customer reviews, or personal experience.
- 3Use the upload size and text limits shown beside the fields.
Set targets and check the batch size
For Reddit, choose subreddits and review each community's tone and objective. For In-house or Guest Post, review query/category targets, comparison-tool fact cards, and keyword suggestions. A target is an article idea, not proof that a publisher accepted it.
- 1Give each target a different useful angle so the drafts are not near-duplicates.
- 2Choose the output language and articles per target. For example, 2 targets × 3 articles means 6 drafts.
- 3Check the total and credit estimate before Generate. Start small; one batch supports up to 300 articles.
Review each draft before using it
Read the title, facts, links, and tone of each completed article. Edit or regenerate only the items that need work. A polished draft can still contain factual mistakes.
- 1Check product and competitor claims against reliable materials.
- 2For Reddit, remove invented first-person experience and check the community's promotion rules.
- 3Export or copy the draft for review. Publication is a separate step with its own permissions and rules.
Export and keep a backup
Use Copy All, or export completed items as CSV, Markdown, HTML, or JSON. History can reopen locally saved batches and edits. Local history is not a guaranteed cloud backup.
- 1Use Markdown or HTML for an editor or publishing system; use CSV or JSON for structured handoff.
- 2Export important work before clearing browser data or changing devices.
- 3Check saved exports before deleting a history entry.
