Work through the sections below to complete setup and checks, then use the top search to jump into related help docs when needed.

1

Open the question text

In Prompt Bank, click the question itself. This opens its detail page. Think of the list as a report card and the detail page as the work behind one score.

  1. 1Read the question, project, and last-checked time first.
  2. 2Select a trend metric: Visibility, Sentiment, Position, Citations, or Mentions.
  3. 3Scroll to the model results and compare one platform at a time.

Check the evidence, not only the score

The model rows show whether the brand was mentioned, its scores, and available answer summaries and citation sources. A source is a link saved with the answer; it is not proof that someone visited your website.

  1. 1If the brand is missing, check whether the question really matches your product.
  2. 2If a summary is negative or inaccurate, read the available sources and identify the exact claim to fix.
  3. 3Write down one useful change, such as clarifying a product feature on your website. Check the same question again later.

Ask for a fresh result carefully

Rescan asks the selected model or models again. It can consume credits and is subject to the plan's refresh window. The detail page may offer a model-specific Rescan so you can check one platform.

  1. 1Read the model label, credit cost, and any next-available time before clicking.
  2. 2If the status is Running, wait for it to finish instead of repeatedly clicking.
  3. 3After it finishes, check whether the last-checked time changed. Reopening the page alone does not create a fresh scan.
