Choose what you want to compare
Open Monitor → Visibility, or Overview in the older menu. Choose the same project, date range, model, and brand selection when comparing results. Otherwise you may be comparing different sets of answers.
- 1Choose 7, 30, or 90 days and read the Updated time.
- 2Use the Visibility, Sentiment, Position, and SOV tabs to change the question the chart answers.
- 3Read the chart's own comparison note. A latest-day change and a whole-period average are not the same thing.
Four numbers, four different questions
Visibility is a score for how strongly the brand appears in saved AI answers. Earlier, clearer appearances can score differently. It is not simply “brand appeared in 60 out of 100 answers”. Nor is it a website traffic percentage.
- 1Sentiment: how positive or negative the answer sounds about the brand. A table value of 0.72 can appear as 72 in the overview chart.
- 2Position: how early the brand appears. Rank 2 is earlier than rank 5. A missing result or zero is not “rank zero”.
- 3SOV: your share of the visibility scores among the brands being compared. If your score is 40 and a competitor's is 60, your share is 40%.
Do not mix the scales
The overview Position chart converts raw rank to a higher-is-better chart value. For example, rank 2.4 becomes about 76 using 100 − rank × 10. Read the raw Position table if you want the actual average rank.
- 1Prompt Bank Trend compares recent visibility scores with the earlier comparison window. A rise from 40 to 50 is +10 score points, not 10% relative growth.
- 2Your SOV can fall even if your visibility stays the same, because a competitor improved.
- 3When a value is zero, check saved answers and timestamps before calling it a bad result.
Sentiment is an automated interpretation, not a customer survey. Read the original evidence before making a decision.
