No Data, Failed Scan, or Disabled Button?
Check the project, filters, scan status, credits, and limits in that order.
Work through the sections below to complete setup and checks, then use the top search to jump into related help docs when needed.
Start with these four checks
A blank chart does not automatically mean the brand performed badly. It may mean no usable answer was saved in the selected window.
- 1Project: are you looking at the intended brand?
- 2Filters: clear a narrow topic or model filter; try 30 or 90 days to look for older saved data.
- 3Prompt status: open the question and check Running, Success, Failed, and its last-checked time.
- 4Usage: check credits and the project, prompt, and report counters. Limits and prices shown in the app take precedence.
Running and Failed mean different things
Running means the check is not finished. Failed means that attempt did not complete successfully. Do not treat either state as a valid “AI did not mention us” result.
- 1Running: avoid repeated scans. If it remains stuck, record the project, prompt, model, and start or last-checked time for support.
- 2Failed: read the error next to the row or on the detail page. Retry only after checking the cause and eligibility.
- 3If an error mentions a server-side model API key or provider configuration, contact support. Do not paste a secret key into a prompt or public ticket.
Credits, quota, and refresh windows
Credits pay for usage. A quota limits how many projects, tracked prompts, or reports your plan allows. A refresh window controls when you can ask again. Having room in one does not bypass the other two.
- 1If new data is unavailable because credits are insufficient, do not read the missing period as a confirmed drop to zero.
- 2If Rescan is disabled, read the tooltip or next-available time. A scan already in progress can also block another scan.
- 3Before Rescan All, review the selected models, number of prompts, and displayed cost. The action may start immediately.
Still stuck? Send a useful support request
Open the site's support chat or Contact page. Send the minimum information needed to reproduce the problem, and hide unrelated personal or business data in screenshots.
- 1Include the page URL, project name or ID, affected question, and approximate time with timezone.
- 2Include the visible error, selected filters, and what you expected to happen.
- 3Do not include passwords, session cookies, or API keys. Refreshing a page cannot repair missing server configuration.
