Which page should I open?
Answer Explorer helps you find related topics and questions. Prompt Trends helps you compare estimated demand and saved visibility by platform. These are research views, not records of private conversations between real people and AI assistants.
- 1Newer menu: Diagnose → AI Answer Explorer, or Monitor → Prompt Trends.
- 2Older menu: Prompts → Conversation Explorer, or Prompts → Prompt Trend.
- 3Use the same project and date range on both pages.
Try one simple topic
Suppose you sell schoolbags. Search for “lightweight schoolbag” rather than a long list of unrelated words. Click Analyze to apply the topic. Review the related questions and topic groups.
- 1Look at the platform mix to see where the matching data is available.
- 2Choose a relevant question that your customers would actually ask.
- 3If you want to track a new question, add it in Prompt Bank. Viewing a suggestion does not by itself add it to tracking.
What do Volume and a blank chart mean?
AI Volume is an estimate used to prioritize questions. Platform views can combine estimated prompt demand with saved visibility scores. They are not an exact count of people asking ChatGPT, and they are not your website sessions. The explorer may also show external search or traffic estimates when those data sources are available.
- 1Read the label and source beside each number before comparing it.
- 2If there are no matching questions, clear the keyword or widen the date range.
- 3If there are no saved scans, complete a scan from Prompt Bank when your quota and credits allow. Refresh on a research page is not Rescan.
