Work through the sections below to complete setup and checks, then use the top search to jump into related help docs when needed.

A report is a saved snapshot

A report is like taking a photo of the current overview. Later scans can change the dashboard, but they do not turn the old report into a live dashboard.

  1. 1Open Visibility or Overview and select your project, date range, model, and brands.
  2. 2Check Updated and confirm there are saved results inside that time range.
  3. 3Click Generate Report. Check the date range shown in the dialog before continuing.

Choose a file or a public link

Download HTML file creates a standalone file you can open in a browser. Create public link creates a URL that expires after seven days. Anyone with the public link may be able to read the report; only share information you are allowed to disclose.

  1. 1Choose Download HTML file for a local copy. Review it before sending it to anyone.
  2. 2Choose Create public link only when public-link access is appropriate, then use Generate link.
  3. 3Wait for completion. Copy the generated link, not the placeholder text in the empty field.

A file can be forwarded and a public link can be copied. Neither is a private, named-recipient permission system.

Find it again and handle failures

Scroll to Report History in the overview to find saved report entries. Available actions depend on the report's output and status. Reports can be queued or fail; wait for completion before sharing.

  1. 1If processing is still running, check its status rather than creating the same report repeatedly.
  2. 2If generation fails, read the error and check report allowance, credits, and source data.
  3. 3If a public link expired, generate a new report when needed and check the new expiry.

Capture is not an emailed report

Enable Weekly Capture is a scan-scheduling control, not an email-report subscription. Some interface versions use a weekly label while the scheduling response describes daily scans. Confirm the actual frequency, timezone, and next run in the created schedule; do not rely on the button label alone.

Scheduling creates future work and can consume credits. Do not enable it just to download a report; avoid creating duplicate schedules.
