1

What Credits Are Used For

Credits are used for AI generation, managed-account publishing, comments, replies, vote orders, API operations, report generation, scheduled tasks, and selected automated workflows. The exact cost depends on task type, account type, volume, and whether links are involved.

2

Where to Check Balance

Use Billing and Usage for account-level information, Order Status for order-level cost and payment state, and the API Platform when you need to separate manual usage from automated usage.

Refunds and Cost Control

If a managed-account order cannot be completed within the promised window, the failed order remains visible for audit and credits are refunded according to policy. Start with small tests and separate API keys for each integration so you can trace spend clearly.

Reserve 10-20% extra credits for retries, edits, and safer account-type upgrades.
